Are your products available for shipping?

  • Yes; Cookies and Chewies are now available for shipping! Shipment processing can take up to 3 business days and is usually sent out on Mondays or Tuesdays to avoid holding over the weekend. Visit the Order page now!

Do I have to enter in a shipping address if I’m placing a local delivery order?

  • Yes. Once you enter your “shipping” address on the checkout page, you will be automatically given the option for free delivery in the Charleston area. This address should match the address listed on your chosen product form.

What is a Chewie?

  • A Chewie is a sweet and buttery combination of a cookie, blondie, and brownie: chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. Once you try one, you’ll want to try them all!

How do I place an order that’s completely custom/not listed on the ordering page?

  • To place a custom order with different flavors, sizes, and designs that are not already offered on the ordering pages, please send an email to ebony@ohsoulsweet.com or fill out the form on the Contact page. After submitting your inquiry, a quote for your custom cake or snack platter will be sent to the email provided.

How many servings are in each dessert order?

  • 6” Round— 8-10 servings
    9” Round— 20-24 servings
    2-Tier with 6” and 9” rounds— 28-34 servings

    Half Sheet—50 servings

    Full Sheet—100 Servings

    Bundt— 16-18 servings

  • Chewie Platter—10-15 servings

How many layers are in each cake size?

  • 6” cakes are three layers, 9” cakes can be two-four layers, and sheet cakes are one layer.

What is the general area for delivery?

  • I am currently delivering in the Charleston, SC area. That includes (but is not limited to) Charleston, Goose Creek, Hanahan, James Island, Mt. Pleasant, North Charleston, Ladson, and Summerville. To inquire about delivery areas before placing your order, please visit the Contact page.

Is there an in-person delivery fee for my order?

  • All fees are included in the prices listed for local deliveries. For special orders and long distance deliveries, please send an email to ebony@ohsoulsweet.com or submit a form on the Contact page and a quote wil be sent to you.
